There will be no à la carte pricing. Group package rates are fixed and will not be adjusted for guests who book their own flights, extend their stay or choose to attend only select events.

Payment Plan Schedule
- First Down Payment (Secure Group Flight) – February 1, 2026 – $2,000 (individual) / $3,000 (couple) (Mandatory ticket sales end)
- Second Payment – April 30, 2026 – $2,000 (individual) / $3,000 (couple)
- Final Payment – June 30, 2026 – Remainder of Balance: $1,000 (individual) / $1,500 (couple)
Accepted Forms of Payment
- If full payment is not submitted by February 1st, you may transition to the Payment Plan, with the first down payment also due on February 1st. No additional ticket purchases will be accepted after this date.
- Guests may choose to pay their remaining balance in full at any time, provided all payment deadlines and fee requirements are met.

A Welcome Letter with full details will be emailed after payment is fully completed.
Please arrive on time for scheduled departures. Transportation will leave promptly at the locations and time provided in the Welcome Letter.
